tips for a gentle integration
✵ drink lots and lots of water — help your body physically flush what we energetically moved
✵ rest as much as you can
✵ eat warm, healthy, nourishing foods
✵ spend time outside — attuning to Nature really helps us integrate — bare feet on the Earth, or lying on the Earth, fresh air and sunlight
✵ give yourself some quiet time over the next few days for reflection, journaling, daydreaming
✵ warm baths with Epsom and/or sea salt are really helpful
✵ pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and dreams
✵ these sessions should leave you feeling lighter, centered, grounded, and relaxed — however, sometimes it can take a few days for things to fully clear — it is normal to feel emotional and extra sensitive while things are clearing — following the tips above will ease and speed up the process
